Welcome to Tappatapps. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tappatapps website at https://tappatapps.com, together with the mobile applications, games, and services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Acceptance of these terms

Our Services, including the game Tokitopia™, are intended for users aged 18 and older. By continuing, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 may not create an account or access our games.

3. AI-powered features

Some of our Services include AI-powered chat features. Conversations with in-game characters (such as the Keepers in Tokitopia™) are generated in real time by an AI system. Responses may vary, may be inaccurate, and do not represent the opinions or positions of Tappatapps. Please do not share personal, sensitive, or identifying information in these conversations.

4. Accounts and data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to the collection of usage and gameplay data to operate and improve the experience.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Services to harass or harm others, to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer our AI systems, to disrupt our infrastructure, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Tappatapps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Purchases and payments

Some of our Services may offer optional paid content or in-app purchases. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase. All purchases are final unless a refund is required under applicable consumer law. Tappatapps is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your device or app store account; payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider under their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content, characters, artwork, and assets that form part of our Services are the property of Tappatapps or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

Our Services may rely on or link to third-party services (such as app stores, analytics providers, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
