We help studios and teams design games that are clear, engaging and sustainable. With over fifteen years of experience in F2P mobile, we focus on building strong product foundations: player experience, core loops, progression, and monetization that respects the experience.

Contributions to a modern, mobile-first take on a classic IP. Support on systems and UX for a high-profile global launch around a very recognisable brand.

Mundijuegos

Mundijuegos (Tangelo Games)

Helping a long-running web and social games platform adapt to the mobile era: redesigning flows, features and sessions so a legacy product could feel current again.

Watermelee

Watermelee (Sandsoft)

High-speed prototyping with a small team and limited resources. Focus on quickly validating a fun combat loop and direction through fast iterations and clear design goals.

How we can work together

Design Review Sessions

One-off or short series of 60–90 minute calls to review your game, pitch or documentation. You receive structured feedback, risks and opportunities, plus concrete next steps.

Project-Based Consulting

Weekly collaboration over 4–6 weeks (or more), focused on a specific goal: defining the vision, building the core loop, preparing a pitch, or supporting your pre-production phase.

Advisory & Ongoing Support

Longer-term partnerships where we join as external advisors, offering regular check-ins with your leadership or design team to keep your project aligned with its goals.
